What Does the Term Eczema Means?

Eczema is the all-purpose term, used to denote all sorts of dermatitis problem. It has the most common form as atopic dermatitis. It’s of several types. It can affect any person of any age range. It’s most commonly seen among the infants and it’s also evident that in almost 85% cases, those infants have to suffer from it till 5 yrs. of age. 50% cases have shown that it has been purely cured by 3 yrs. of age. Sometimes it lasts for entire life. People, suffering from it, inherit allergic condition like asthma from their family history in maximum cases. Therefore, it can straightforwardly be assumed that it’s a partially hereditary disease. It’s can be seen among the people of any age range though it’s naturally seen among the infants. Their immunity power is very low. Therefore, they can easily be affected by this due to the infection from surroundings. It’s not contagious and it’s curable. Generally, 1%-2% of adults and 20% of infants are it’s victims.
